The Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance (MQA) offers free informational webinars for Florida’s health care practitioner licensees and applicants. Two different types of webinars are available: Online Services Webinars and Continuing Education Webinars.
Online Services Webinars
- Join this informative webinar to learn more about the Department’s new Online Services Portal. Health care practitioners will be required to register in the Department’s new portal. The webinar will demonstrate the registration process and show participants how to add their license to their new account.
Continuing Education Webinars
- Join this informative webinar to learn more about the Department’s license renewal process, including creating your CE/CME account in the tracking system (CEBroker). Participants will receive information on creating their CE/CME account, an overview of the Free Basic CE/CME Account and get answers to important questions regarding the renewal process.
